Rebel

The whole daring yet beautifully mismatched collection from Ashish SS13 undoubtedly stunned me from the beginning. This rebellious high school girl-themed outfits from the mismatched trousers, jackets, shirts, backless dresses and shirts, to the sequin-based (i am a huge fan of sequin!) dresses and skirts are definitely astonishing. This collection also includes a lot of different shades of denim, boyish sweaters and draped designs completed with the unique numeral details (which I have not seen anything like it in my entire life, really). I like how the models are styled perfectly as each girl's hair are messy and scraped back into a sequined scrunchie completed with Giles Deacon look-a-like wide vintage glasses to bring out the geeky look.

Chinese Stunner

One of my favorite models, Liu Wen is starring in the Rag & Bone D.I.Y Project Fall 2012 Campaign, which will also include model Jourdan Dunn, and more top models. In the shoot Liu is wearing Rag & Bone denim. This was shot in Manhattan and Coney Island.

Geometric Fantastic

Digital prints by Mary Katrantzou at LFW that'll drive you crazy (in a good way.) And, god. I also have always spotted Cara everywhere walking down the runway during LFW. Love her.

The 60s Housewives

Held at Somerset House, fashion duo and identical twins  Tamara and Natasha Surguladze or known as Tata Naka, presented their SS13 collection during London Fashion Week on a stage made out of fake pool completed with the water-effect lining which I think really fits the whole 60s look. This collection is strikingly bold yet very feminine but remains elegant. The whole designs were based on the 60s era where most women wear big hair and box shaped dresses. Tata Naka SS13 really reminds me of barbie dolls, as the models are styled as a resemblance to barbie. Also, the prints and the whole bright colors which gives off a playful vibe in this collection reminds me a lot of Meadham Kirchhoff (Edward Meadham and Benjamin Kirchhoff), one of my favorite fashion duos as well. The color palette consists a lot of lime green and pastel hues. Loafers were specifically printed heavily to match the pastel-shaded collection and the retro cuttings. My favorite is the yellow dress with a picture of a woman with a big hair in a red dress. J'adore.

Flawlessly Combined

Preen (a.k.a Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi), returned to the London catwalk. The venue, which was at Darwin Centre, was the perfect setting to match the collection, as well as the makeup. Frankly, the first time I saw Preen S/S 13 collection I was totally blown away, like, for real! (Because of my a little too much crazy obsession towards beautiful floral prints, especially pink and red!) I am also in love with sheer blouses. Not only that, I love how the models are emerging with effortlessly natural looks, both hair and makeup. This collection also includes reptilian patchworks which could not match more perfectly with the beautifully made sheer blouses and skirts and crisp white collars. In summation, the whole show from the venue to the glorious clothes is absolutely flawless.
